We were there for Derby weekend so prices were marked up but it served us well for our trip. Parking across the street was easy enough. Location was quick to get ride share pickup when needed and it was a reasonable walk to downtown area with restaurants and shops. Beds were comfortable and apartment was clean. Hallways had a smell of cooking oil but it was not very noticeable inside the apartment. There are a few flights of stairs so be prepared for that if you have a lot of bags to carry. The host was very quick to respond and helpful when we had questions. Overall, good option for our trip!
