We stayed in 1611. Nice location & neighborhood, walkable (1 -1.5 mi) to the Loop and most things we wanted to do. Great views from the 16th floor. The contact people were very responsive to my texts with our questions and/or things we needed; we had one very squeaky bed frame that was fixed the next day while we were out. Good fitness center and business center with plenty of seating and a great (free) coffee machine. Also had a filtered water bottle refill station near the business center. Nice views from the rooftop deck. Very clear check-in instructions with photos. I would suggest adding one or two more comfortable chairs to the living room. We were a party of five and the sofa was a bit small for 3, and there was only one armchair. Not the best for comfort when watching a movie from a dining table chair. And the kitchen could use a colander.
