ALBUQUERQUE (KASA) – As moms we are always looking for a quick guilt free snack we can give our kids (as well as ourselves) that fuels their bodies with nutrition. We want you to meet Granola Bites! We hope your family loves these as much as we do!
Delicious Granola Bites
- 1 cup oatmeal (old fashioned)
- 1 cup coconut
- 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/3 cup honey
Mix all ingredients and chill in fridge for 30 min. Then roll into balls! Yummm
NOTE: You may want to melt the peanut butter a little bit to allow for easier stirring, just don’t melt it too much because then it will melt your chocolate chips!
