Museum talk to cover dinosaur extinction

ALBUQUERQUE (KASA) – A talk on Monday afternoon at the Museum of Natural History and Science in Albuquerque will cover the reasons why the dinosaurs became extinct. Presenters say it will be an updated picture of long-term dinosaur diversity trends during the latest Cretaceous period and discuss an emerging consensus on the causes and timing of the dinosaur extinction.

The talk will be from 3 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. and is free at the Museum.
