Ice cream shop uses freezing ingredient

ALBUQUERQUE (KASA) – The Frozen Zone Ice Cream Factory uses the sub-freezing liquid nitrogen as a way to make their ice cream super cold. After the liquid nitrogen is stirred into the cream, the bowl is cooled and from there, a variety of over forty flavors with thousands of different combinations can be served with all the desired topings.

The Frozen Zone Ice Cream Factory is also becoming known for their food menu. They have a number of different meals to choose from, some of the selected favorites include frito pies and a New Mexico Burger.
