48 Hour Film Project to kickoff in Albuquerque

ALBUQUERQUE (KASA) – Amateur movie production teams will compete to produce a movie within 48 hours to be played at the KiMo Theater and go on for international competition. It is all part of the 48 Hour Film Project, a program where teams are responsible for writing, shooting, editing and scoring a movie all within a 2 day deadline.

Since it’s beginning over a decade ago, the project is now featured in 120 cities worldwide. Some of the winning projects have been featured at screenings during the Cannes Film Festival in France.
