Let me start off with the pros: The apartment was extremely clean and well decorated! The Kasa representatives were very responsive and available 24 hours a day. The cons: The check-in process was a logistical NIGHTMARE! For instance, Kasa gives you the codes to enter the building, but they don't specify which elevator to access based on your apartment number. This information is important. If you access the wrong elevator, your apartment may not be in that particular wing of the building. Once you realize this, you are prohibited from getting back on the elevator because it can only be accessed with a key fob, which you of course don't have at this point. Due to this, your only option is take the steps and hope you're not trapped in the stairwell (i.e., wondering whether the building requires a key fob to exit the stairwell). Luckily it doesn't require one, but you don't know this during the check-in process. I need a "stress free" check-in and wouldn't stay here again.
