• All guests must complete a Pre-Arrival Checklist, which includes a virtual ID verification as part of our secure, contactless self check-in process. Check-in instructions will be sent via email 24 hours before your arrival. You’ll also be able to request an early check-in, subject to availability and approval.

• One approved dog is allowed per unit at a nightly fee of $8-30/night based on length of stay. Pet registration is required prior to arrival.

• There is no luggage storage at this property.

• Mid-stay housekeeping services are only provided upon request at an additional cost.

• Paid guest parking is available in our designated lot directly across the street. Additional paid parking can be found at The Hardy Parking Structure, located one block east on State St., which also offers long-term permits. Street parking is available throughout the surrounding area.
