BEFORE YOU ARRIVE:

• Guests are required to complete a Pre-Arrival Checklist before their stay. Our tech-enabled rooms offer self-check-in starting at 4pm. Guests may also check-in at the front desk when it is staffed. For any needs outside of those hours, we offer 24/7 virtual guest support through our mobile-based Virtual Front Desk, including assistance by text. We'll send detailed instructions on how to access your unit and the property in advance of your arrival. 

• One approved animal is allowed per unit at a nightly fee of $8-30/night based on length of stay. Pet registration is required prior to arrival.

• There is luggage storage at our property.

• Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Routine cleanings are not provided during your stay unless arranged in advance.
