• One approved animal is allowed per unit at a nightly fee of $8-30/night based on length of stay. Pet registration is required prior to arrival.

• Parking is available for a fee of $42.00 per vehicle, per day, subject to tax. Larger vans, trucks, and tour buses are subject to oversize fees.

• Luggage storage can be arranged upon request and is available daily between 9am to 5pm.

• An elevator is available for accessing select room categories. 

• Please contact us if you have concerns about mobility issues. We have ADA rooms available on the ground level.

• Our property is located in a lively district, surrounded by bars and restaurants. Expect some ambient sounds and energy from these spots to be part of your experience.

HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES:

• We offer complimentary trash removal and towel refresh upon request for all guests. 

• For stays below four nights, housekeeping services are available upon request for a fee.

• For stays of four nights or more, one complimentary housekeeping service every four days is also available upon request and subject to availability between 9am and 5pm.

RESORT FEE: 

This property charges a resort fee of $25 per day + tax. This amount is already included in your total room rate. The fee allows you to enjoy the following:
