Check in is done remotely which was easy. You are given a code to enter the property, building, and room. Once in the room there is a fob for you to use throughout your stay that open the gate and the buildings front door. You need to continue to use your code to enter the room. The rooms are nice. There is everything you need including a full kitchen with fridge, stove/oven, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. They also provided cleaner, dish soap, laundry/dishwashing pods, body wash, shampoo/conditioner, and lotion. The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. The property is quite and we did not hear our neighbors nor outside traffic. The property is nice. They have outdoor lighting for at night, a BBQ grill, fire pit, and a nice pool. There is no front desk staff, but they are very responsive via text messages. The only thing I did not like is you have to pay for parking if you want to park inside the gate by the building. Otherwise you have to park on the street or a parking garage which is not close to the building. Parking should be included with the room for how much they cost. Besides that I loved the room, the location, and had an amazing time while visit Reno for Hot August Nights. I visit Reno at least once a year if not several times a year and would stay at this hotel again. Overall I am very pleased with our stay and would recommend this location.
