    if you ever in N.C stay at Kasa! alot of good restaurants in the area. close to night clubs and transportation. awesome stay.

    Getting into the building the first time is a bit like an escape room. You can go through the instructions step by step on your phone as you're doing them, and the instructions are clear, but it is overly complex. Paying for parking is a garbage way to increase revenue. Just charge me $20 more for the accommodations. The secured area of the parking garage is pretty difficult to enter and exit if you don't have a small car. The apartment was nice, but there was no work area. I haven't had water pressure that strong since I was a kid. Flow limiter was definitely removed from the shower head.

    We had some mix ups when first arriving. Please pay attention when it says you will be given a similar unit and might not be exactly like the pictures. We received a unit with no balcony upon arrival even though the pics showed a balcony but with constant communication with KASA they moved us to a unit with a balcony. I appreciate their constant kindly and timely responses. Their great customer service turned a stressful situation into a great overall experience. Just be mindful check in is gonna take some time but just follow the instructions they give and you should be fine. Right next to NC state campus and location was wonderful!!
