Great comfortable stay Likes: It was very good to have a full apartment at our disposal and the nearby stores got all of our needs covered during the whole stay. The bed was also comfortable. Dislikes: Some items would be helpful to have like a bathroom rug and a dish cloth. The shower head was also a little finicky but we managed to make it work. The check-in was not difficult but the hallways could get confusing when you first enter the building.

This place is beautiful! I stayed in 154, it was super clean, it's an ACTUAL apartment with full kitchen! The parking garage and entry areas felt very safe. This is in a nice area for shopping also, Harris Teeter is right nextdoor and only a few minutes drive to downtown Raleigh. UPDATING to five stars because Kasa listens to your reviews! The kitchen could use potholders, a sponge, a sheet pan for pizza, super basic things. There's coffee with coffee maker, sweetener options and creamer. When I arrived there was no toilet paper, the only shower curtain is fabric, previous tenants were apparently unable to close it properly to keep the water from going out onto the floor and the baseboard is swollen on that corner by the sink. Other than that, there's extra comfy blanket, and pillow, the bed is comfortable, the pool is gorgeous and the residents are really friendly!

Just a teensy bit confusing at check-in because this is in an apartment building and not being familiar with the area, parking and all that took a minute to figure out. There was no toilet paper when I arrived, no potholders or sheet pans in the full kitchen, but there is coffee, sweetener and non-dairy creamer. The room was super clean, the upstairs neighbors were pretty quiet, the hallways and parking garage felt clean and safe. Really nice pool and access to streaming services was nice.
