- Guests are required to complete a Pre-Arrival Checklist, which includes a virtual ID check, and the option to request early check-in (subject to availability). - One approved animal is allowed per unit at a nightly fee of $8-30/night based on length of stay. Pet registration is required prior to arrival.

- Our property does not have on-site parking but LAZ Parking at 45 Province St is just 0.2 miles away, a 24-hour garage about a 5-minute walk from the property. For everything else, the neighborhood is highly walkable and Park Street Station is just 2 minutes on foot, with the Red and Green Line’s B, C, and D trains connecting you across the city.

- There is no luggage storage at our property. 

- Housekeeping services are only provided upon request at an additional cost per cleaning.
