The location was convenient and the unit looked like the photos, and I appreciated being able to check in early. However, my overall experience was disappointing. The unit is on the ground floor with almost no privacy—people walking by could easily see inside. The biggest issue was the presence of cockroaches, which made the stay very uncomfortable. I reached out to Kasa, but they refused to take responsibility for the cleanliness and offered no real solution. I had to get Airbnb involved to resolve the issue. If I ever stay here again, it would only be for the location—not the management or the quality of the unit.

I spent three weeks in Miami Beach and was able to call an apartment at Kasa my home. It was perfect for me. It has everything you need. If something goes wrong, they help you immediately. Great service! And the location is simply perfect. Central but very quiet. I always slept very well. I would definitely book the Kasa again in Miami Beach!
