Good little place for a work trip at the Miami Beach convention center. Only issues were the shower curtain being way too short which lead to the bathroom floor being soaked, and the AC boxes being loud. Otherwise good spot, close to the beach and restaurants!

Fantastic location - can easily get to the action of Miami Beach by walking/free shuttle/buses. Peaceful night's sleep, located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Bed was very comfortable. Easy self check-in and check-out process. Host was extremely responsive, always friendly and professional. The beach is a short walk two blocks away and the complimentary beach chairs were such a great perk! Overall, I would definitely recommend Kasa Collins if you're looking for great value and location when staying in Miami Beach.
