• Guests are required to complete a Pre-Arrival Checklist, which includes a virtual ID check, and the option to request early check-in (subject to availability). • One approved animal is allowed per unit at a nightly fee of $8-30/night based on length of stay. Pet registration is required prior to arrival.

• While there is no on-site parking at our property, guests have several convenient and accessible options nearby. The Miami Beach Parking Garage is just a short 2-minute walk (482 feet) from the property, providing a reliable place to park. Street parking is also available in the area; we simply recommend reviewing signage carefully, as most spots are reserved for residential permit holders. For guests who prefer to explore without the hassle of parking, Miami’s public transportation system and rideshare services are excellent options.

• This property does not have luggage storage.

• Our resort fee covers the complimentary use of two beach chairs and beach towels.

• Daily housekeeping services are only provided upon request at an additional cost per cleaning.
