Room with comfortable bed, high-quality bed linen and towels, and bathroom with great shower. The entrance directions were clear and we had no difficulty accessing the hotel. There is an excellent Italian restaurant (Pane at Vino) on the sidewalk in front of the hotel. We stayed in block 3 and were not bothered by the noise. Amanda loves Kasa! I almost dont want to spread the word because this is truly a hidden Gem. I stay at EL Paseo Miami Beach 1 to 4 times a week sometimes, depending on my schedule. I absolutely love this little spot. I remember when I moved to South Beach in 2000, Espanola Way, where beautiful EL Paseo is situated, became my favorite road in Miami and I used to look up at the apartments from the restaurants and want to rent an apartment here. EL Paseo is nestled into the most charming little block in the city amongst so many wonderful, little, cultural bars and restaurants lining the path. You literally walk a few steps from the rooms and you are in the pulse of it all. You feel like you are in Spain or Italy as you sip your cafe or mojitos or italian gelato....and gaze at the best international people watching ever. Check in and out are very simple... and I am usually not a big fan of virtual or self check in's. At Kasa, the customer service is available 24/7 via text or phone call , which is also surprising with these kinds of checkin's, but they are friendly, eager to assist and on it. And it is Dog Friendly!! The rooms are clean, all fully rennovated, no signs of any tropical little pests at all, tastefully simple and modern with perfect little touches like ear plugs, coffee machine, coffee, beach towels, iron/board, refrigerater, etc.... I have been around in real estate and travel/ hospitality and I like what I experience every time with Kasa! I will continue to stay at here and would be proud if I were an employee here. I have recommended El Paseo to a few discerning friends who were all very pleased as well. Well done! Keep up the great work!! Bravo! Have fun guys!! You will love it!
