Great location, value & amenities! We were pleasantly surprised. Likes: Great location & value. Also enjoyed having access to the gym and rooftop terrace. Dislikes: We weren’t informed that the parking pass was inside the apartment & had to figure that out on our own since the front office closed early for the New Year’s Eve holiday.

Great central location to explore all Charlotte neighborhoods Likes: I loved the central location, which made it easy to explore all the Charlotte neighborhoods. It's also located right next to the Little Sugar Creek Greenway (great for biking/walking) and within walking distance of Dilworth. I appreciated the washer and dryer. Instructions to get into the property were very clear. We went in the winter, but I'm sure the pool and rooftop in the summer are fantastic.
