8/10 Very good

The property is amazing and was right across the street from the doctors office i needed to be at. The sofa sleeper was terrible! Everything else was great and i would stay here again but make sure i wouldn’t be the one sleeping on the couch or get a 2 bedroom (wasn’t available for our stay)

10/10 Exceptional

Well-equipped and beautiful property. Read the reviews about check-in process being difficult, but we were able to find everything fairly easily. Photos of the entrances helped a lot, nothing took more than 2 mins to find, and I’m not good with directions, just to put that into perspective. Very spacious and well stocked between kitchen cooking utensils to detergent, etc. The floor was a bit dirty, but as soon as I let them know, someone came and vacuumed. Very responsive, everything was in good shape.

9/10 Excellent

Likes: Location, spacious, clean, amenities Dislikes: The room with two beds is either too warm or too cold at night and the a/c vent in the ceiling blasts directly onto your face (if in bed). We worked with the thermostat and couldn’t find a sweet spot.

10/10 Exceptional

Kasa is probably one of my top 3 stay locations in my entirety of having to use Airbnb when in charlotte! This felt like home away from home. Although I wasn’t there very long less than 24hrs to be exact it was a comforting stay. I stayed alone and felt extremely safe. Zero noise and the entire building Is just beautiful overall and homey. Place smelt amazing and was extremely clean. Parking deck was slightly confusing but ran into actual tenants that live there and super helpful! High recommend.

10/10 Exceptional

This was our first time staying at a Kasa property. We enjoyed our apartment, location, and the few questions we had were answered instantly via text. We will definitely stay here at the Kasa Dilworth location again and will seek our Kasa properties when we travel elsewhere. Thank you!
