Kasa is very good with communication, I do believe the responses are AI generated. We were short on coffee and coffee was delivered the next day. The photos online were a mix of 2 different rentals, but place was clean and tidy. The kitchen was not stocked, there was no frying pan or salt/pepper. We had trouble with the key fob in the parking garage and did not receive help (we were let in by another staff member, luckily). The location is ideal and worth the money.

Place was great. Close to everything we wanted to do. Very clean inside. Maybe just add a couple more blankets for colder people..( my wife’s request )..i would definitely stay here again. Thank you

Tired and disappointed by another rental we had left for so many reasons, we booked here last minute. We got lost because there was another complex next door that while it was dark and raining, we pulled into the wrong parking structure. That led to wandering halls in the wrong place looking for an apartment number that didn’t exist. Our fault, but it was quite confusing. Their instructions were clear; we just got totally mixed up and turned around. The apartment was VERY clean and comfortable!!! Thanks for a GREAT stay!!!
