• Guests are required to complete a Pre-Arrival Checklist, which includes a virtual ID check, and the option to request early check-in (subject to availability). • One approved animal is allowed per unit at a nightly fee of $8-30/night based on length of stay. Pet registration is required prior to arrival.

• Our property offers paid parking at a rate of $25 per day. Parking fees will be collected online through your Kasa Booking Confirmation.

• This property does not have luggage storage.

• Daily housekeeping services are only provided upon request at an additional cost per cleaning.

• Our building is certified at LEED Gold, allowing our guests to enjoy an experience with a lower environmental impact.

The city offers various transportation options so you can get around without any trouble, including ride-sharing. We provide a parking space for one vehicle per reservation for select room categories. The Denver International Airport is located 24 miles away.
