Stayed for 4 nights at this Location in Denver with my parents and uncle, everyone loved it!! Extremely clean and tidy, comfortable beds, and walkable to Coors Field! Automatic text updates kept me informed on check-in instructions. Just an FYI, parking in the garage is $25/day but there's plenty of street parking available. Definitely would recommend to anyone!

Great spot, would stay here again. Likes: Great location that's walking distance or a short Lyft ride to the RiNo and downtown. The free coffee in the morning was a plus, but they should have a sign that says to take the mug from your room down to the lobby in the other building to grab some. Parking was easy, covered, and required a latch key so we felt that our rental was protected. Dislikes: There were some minor things like the fan in bathroom that kept turning itself on, the water filter in the fridge was needed to be replaced, and the huge bathtub stopper was the incorrect fixture so taking a hot bath was a challenge. If you want to cook be prepared to only have access to a very limited selection of dishes and only olive oil, salt and pepper for seasonings. The over the kitchen island bulbs are too white and uncomfortable to use. Could have warmer bulbs to make the space cozier as the rest of the lights are also very very bright white.

Kasa was very proactive with instructions on how to find and access the unit which prevented any confusion on arrival. Location was great- quick 20 minute walk to bars/restaurants/shopping in the RiNO area. Unit was exactly as described, clean, and perfect for our trip! Would 100% stay again.

This property was very nice and peaceful. The property was clean and modern, with lots of amenities. The property was perfect for us, and we would love to come back. We loved the gym and pool area. In a walkable area with scooters available to rent nearby. Area was safe and clean. I would recommend this property to any visiting Denver area.

I was traveling with my elderly blind yorkie and I chose this unit for him. It was a comfy spacious 1 bedroom apartment and the location of the unit was right next to the river/path and we'd walk along the river in the mornings. There's also a dog park nearby that I found on the last day.. it's located right on broadway. As for the unit.. the bed is comfy though lots of folks complained about the firm mattress (memory foam), is was great for me. The unit overlooks a pop-up style bar and there's usually a food truck there too but I didn't stop in. I didn't hear any noise from the outside. Honestly, I loved it there and would defenitely book again if we come back to Denver. I was traveling solo - it was totally safe and walking distance to everything.
