Went here for a Bach party with 8 girls and it was great! Had no issues with the noise sensor - there are alarms on the doors we were unaware of for pool safety but it was no big deal. Only down fall was the pool was dirty 2 of the 3 days we were there but that was from the hurricane & we had to wait 35 minutes in front of the house because the front door would not unlock. Host is responsive and you’re only 15 minutes from bars/restaurants.

Kasa was fantastic! Great for larger group to have a fun weekend in Fort Lauderdale. Host was incredibly responsive & helpful. Accommodating & professional! Would stay here again in heartbeat.

Great place for a Bachelorette trip with a large group. Good location and looks exactly like photos. Also had early check in which was great! We didn’t have an issue with the sound alarm which previous reviews mentioned so don’t let this scare you away. Overall great stay!
