Kasa was great, safe community, lots of children on site, clean place and free of clutter. The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom space is excellent for me my husband, daughter and my mom. We had issue with the hot water but that fixed right away, they even accommodating on getting my daughter child safe bug repellent. Overall very nice stay and we will stay over again for sure.

We stayed at Kasa for 3 months and were very pleased with our stay. Given Kasa is a bigger business as opposed to one individual Airbnb host, their operations are really on top of it. Great check-in instructions, high quality furnishings, super organized/responsive customer service, and strong integrity. Our only complaint is that we felt we needed to do a little extra cleaning upon move in, and we did need to purchase our own vacuum as they didn’t provide anything to clean the floors with (which surprised us given Kasa is targeted towards long-term stays). But overall, this is by far the nicest long term stay we’ve ever had!! This location specifically worked well as it’s about 10 mins away from the main mall / restaurant area (St. John’s Town Center), about 15 mins to the downtown hospitals for our work commute, and about 20-25 mins to the beach depending on which on you go to. Would 10/10 recommend!!
