I found my go-to Pittsburgh hotel! Likes: The rooms are fantastic! I liked that the price was reasonable and hope that it stays that way. The building has so much character. Dislikes: The fully automated entry was confusing at first. I had to help several people figure it out during my stay. I also don't like that if you are not phone literate or if you don't have a cell phone then you are virtually unable to stay there. I hope that there are plans to open the fantastic lounge for food and drinks. No need for breakfast included bc that would raise the room rate.
