Very nice and comfortable place

A very good stay in a peaceful and well-connected area. Pros: -Wll-explained web app for check-in. -The pool is a great plus. -Located right across from the Santa Clara train station and several bus stops. -Rooms are quiet, clean, and comfy. -Enough power outlets. Cons: -No front desk staff to talk to. I had an issue where I didn't find any physical keys in my room as promised. It took 3 days to somewhat solve it via WhatsApp, they ended up giving me an account for an app to open the locks instead of using the codes on the elevator and door keypads. -The entrance is very "car-centric", which made it feel weirdly unsafe to me. First, you have to go through the parking garage, take the elevator to your floor, cross the parking garage again, and then enter the internal hallway to get to your room. It's not a dealbreaker, but it just feels weird. It's the first "apart-hotel" with pool and I really appreciate this, love the location and how spacious the room was. Also having laundry in the room it's very very convenient. There's only a 7-eleven across the street and a Coffee shop downstairs that where a nice to have. Overall a very good stay. Also, if you are a plane-spotter, yes you can see from the rooftop some of the San Jose airport and some planes departing, but I wouldn't say it's a good place for it. And although the police station is across the street I didn't hear any sirens or noise during my stay.

Instructions to access the building are only available on your phone, and once you enter the parking lot we lost phone connection which made accessing both the parking lot, building and unit rather difficult. On site staff who have no affiliation with Kasa were really helpful. Our units door was rather temperamental, so had issues accessing the unit. The unit requires some basic maintenance, and some furniture items are getting shabby. The rugs are a trip hazard… Nice location, beautiful building and unit, but the actual unit could use some TLC.
