I attended a conference downtown Minneapolis and stayed here. Really excellent option for me. Nicer than most of the hotels I could have chosen while paying significantly less. Walkable to a nice grocery store. Great kitchen and refrigerator. On the weekend it was a six minute drive to the conference center.

We have stayed here for the 3rd time now primarily as our kids are in the University of Minnesota. This property is very accessible to the Uni (10-12 min walk). A lot of students also stay in the property on long term rentals (though not via Kasa). Most other hotels are equidistant to the Uni but we prefer this over hotels as most units have a stocked kitchen with pots, pans & cutlery, even a coffee machine with pods and a washing machine and dishwasher and costs lesser than a hotel especially if staying 7 nights or more. So from a value perspective this is great and even the smallest studio unit is more spacious than most hotel rooms. There is no conventional reception or restaurant as this is not a hotel but there are eating places nearby. The light rail and bus stop for local bues is accessible with a 5-7 min walk which can get you anywhere to the city. There is also a grocery chain outlet next to the nearest light rail station at Prospect Park. It is great value property.
