Amazing Stay — We Will Definitely Be Back! My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at Mint House St. Petersburg Downtown! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed. The room was beautiful, modern, extremely clean, and spacious. Having a full kitchen and an apartment-style setup was such a nice touch and made our stay feel like a little home away from home. The location was AMAZING! We wanted to spend our trip exploring downtown St. Pete, and this was the perfect place to stay. We were close to the pier, great restaurants, rooftop bars, and so many things to do. It was also super easy to grab an Uber and get anywhere we wanted to go. The entire property felt clean, safe, and well maintained, and we really enjoyed the pool area as well. Everything about our stay was easy, comfortable, and relaxing. We had such a fun weekend in St. Pete, and staying at Mint House made the experience even better. We would 100% stay here again and will definitely recommend it to friends and family. If you’re looking for a great place in downtown St. Pete, this is it! ❤️

Great rate. Clean comfortable landing spot. Clean comfortable room. Industrial minimalist setting. In the heart of St Pete. Easy walk to Tropicana Field, restaurants, and bars. Sparking clean pool. Fully outfitted small kitchen. Washer/dryer combo with detergent was dry handy for our 5 night stay. Nice small balcony overlooking the city and the stadium. Short walk to fine dining downtown. Great breakfasts at Sourdough Company across the street. Full service Publix grocery 2 blocks away. Service staff and front desk staff very helpful. Parking a little steep at $40 a night.

The room was spacious and spotless. The kitchen was very well equipped with every possible convenience. The bathroom had a nice walk in shower with plenty of soaps and lotions. The pool was fantastic. Perfect temperature and plenty of chairs in a beautiful, peaceful setting. Also a nice grilling patio area. The neighborhood surrounding the hotel is clean and filled with a huge variety of restaurants and boutiques. Easy to zip around with the hotel's ebikes. Short walk to Tropicana Field. Perfect weekend getaway place.

Amazing location. Great price, but I received a discount by booking last minute. Studio apartment styles (with washers and fully furnished kitchenettes). Pool is beautiful. Easy walking distance to multiple restaurants, bars, and shops. $120 for valet parking, which I don’t recommend. Street parking available for two hour segments and free overnight or parking garage nearby, which is still cheaper.
