The Mint House Downtown Washington DC The Mint House Downtown Washington DC was the perfect location for our girls trip. We were really close to the Metro station and within walking distance to the White House and many tourist attractions. Lots of great places to eat also within walking distance. Our rooms were perfect for our needs and very clean. The person manning the front desk was very friendly and helpful. All responses to my texted questions were also answered immediately. Overall, I would highly recommend this location if you are traveling to DC.

Great location and great space for our family Likes: The location was great and convenient and safe and close to Metro stops, food, and sites. Our room was very large and very nice very modern very clean. We had two bedrooms, a kitchenette, two bathrooms and a living room room with a sleeper sofa and we had more than enough space for our family of five to fit comfortably. Dislikes: Honestly, it was wonderful.

The apartment was clean and well stocked with all the essentials for our two‑day stay, including dishes, cookware, toiletries, and laundry pods. Check‑in and checkout were smooth. The sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable, but overall it was a good experience.
