Jeg leide en studioleilighet i tre måneder og var veldig fornøyd med oppholdet. Leiligheten hadde en god størrelse og var utstyrt med alt man trenger for et lengre opphold. Bygget hadde også fantastiske fasiliteter og en perfekt beliggenhet i Austin. Kommunikasjonen med verten var både enkel og effektiv.

I stayed here for a little over a month. Overall it was a great experience. Had some minor hiccups at the start but quickly resolved when I reached out to GS, all resolved promptly as well. The unit I was in had a balcony and was great for getting some sun and catching some air. Only thing I didn’t love was the smell, it is a studio so I can understand that it would smell like grease in such a small space, I essentially had candles burning all day. Gym was great for being an apartment. Coffee shops were nice, i walked to morning bird everyday, Jo’s isn’t a bad option either. Close to everything DT and right on the I35 which is nice. Some of the front desk staff were amazing, one gentleman at concierge would say Good morning everyday and I loved that. Minimal noise issues, slept well every night and I am a very light sleeper. You do have to pay for parking. Was a great place to stay as I search for an apartment in ATX as I just moved from AZ.

It was a great location at night. Lots of cool bars. Not a ton to do close by during the day. Loved the coffee shop in the lobby. The space was really small for what I paid to stay for the month but was comfortable. It showed a table in the kitchen in photos and there was no table which was a bummer and hard for me to get work done. There were no windows to open so I couldn’t get any fresh air into the apartment. The unit needs a full length mirror. The building has a great rooftop and pool area. The building staff are all very nice.
