This is a great apartment with 2 bedrooms, approximately 1,100 square feet, a nice layout, and a cool city view. The couch and beds are comfortable, and since it’s a new building, everything looks modern and well-maintained. The gym is excellent, equipped with a full range of TechnoGym equipment. Both pools are nice—although the larger one isn’t always in the sun, it’s still enjoyable. The neighborhood can feel a bit quiet, and it’s about a 15-minute walk to downtown. However, the included parking is a great bonus. If you’re looking to explore Austin, this is a centrally located spot with excellent amenities and a modern interior. It’s hard to go wrong, especially if you can secure it at a good rate.

I had a great time while staying in The Waller. The building has new gym, very nice pool. All building areas and the apartments are highly maintained. The concierge deks staff are very welcoming and friendly. GreyStar was very responsive with clear instructions and immediate response. Very close to The Capitol and convenient public transportation to UT Austin

This is truly an amazing building. Pretty much brand new, units are beautiful, the amenities are the best I have ever seen in any building I've lived in. The concierge staff are excellent, super nice, and really care about the tenants and doing a great job. I've lived in a lot of different buildings and have stayed in dozens of AirBnbs over the last couple of years, and the Waller beats them all hands down. I work remotely and this building has top-tier places to be productive. I feel like I never need to leave. But when I do, all of downtown Austin is a 15-30 minute walk away. I really can't think of anything bad to say. The only downside is that the windows don't open (but it really didn't bother me). The AC works great and there are a couple of venting fans (one in the bathroom and another in the kitchen) so it doesn't feel stuffy at all. Great job to everyone associated with this building and thank you!
