Before your arrive

• Guests are required to complete a Pre-Arrival Checklist, which includes a virtual ID check and the option to request early check-in (subject to availability). We have an on-site Front Desk available daily from 7am to 9pm, supported by our Virtual Front Desk Team, available by text 24/7. Self check-in is entirely contactless. We’ll send instructions for accessing the hotel and your room before you arrive.

• Two approved pets (two cats or two dogs), up to 25 lbs each are allowed per unit with a $200 non-refundable fee. Pet registration is required prior to arrival. 

• Valet parking is the only on-site parking option. This service is operated by a third-party provider and is available daily from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM. The valet fee is $55 per night.
