    Place was quiet. No issues with ck in or ck out. The toilet wasn't flushing, but it was fixed and all good. Could have used more klennex. None in supply cabinet. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

    Interesting concept with this hotel — there is no traditional front desk. I called the hotel beforehand and the agent was very helpful. When you arrive, you simply take a picture of your driver’s license and complete a quick face verification on your smartphone to check in. The hotel does not have on-site parking, but there is a parking garage around the corner with self-parking for about $30 per night. The property itself is very modern. The room I stayed in had a small kitchen, high-quality linens, and one feature I really loved — heated bathroom floors. Overall, a very positive experience. The hotel is located right in the center of King Street, surrounded by great restaurants, boutiques, and antique shops. There’s plenty to see and do within walking distance. 👍

    Mixed review because the location was wonderful, but the listing was not clear that this was one of several rooms available. I was expecting a room with lot of natural light and ours had no windows to the outside and only French doors that led to an enclosed courtyard so there was basically no light. There was an issue with sewer gas (which we thought was a gas leak because of how strong the smell was) coming from the drain. And another guest ended up throwing objects out of their window onto us while we were waiting outside for advisement on the gas leak. I will say that KASA was responsive, listened to our concerns, and refunded us right away so we could get lodging elsewhere for the night. Customer service was good, but was disappointed that they knew about the sewer gas issue in the apartment beforehand but thought it was still acceptable to rent out the room. But it's a management company so we'll chalk it up to miscommunication perhaps between parties.
