An absolute gem! I was in town for a consulting project and booked my stay based purely off of proximity to the office. I was delighted by the location - right on the main strip of Old Town with plenty of restaurants and shops. Plus, it’s about a 10 minute walk to the waterfront. The property management sent clear arrival instructions and was communicative as needed. The property itself was clean and cozy and the heated floor in the bathroom was the perfect added touch. It’s like the perfect mix of a proper hotel and AirBnB. If you’re looking for a reasonably priced, short term stay, this place is a must. I will certainly book here again.

This is a great option over a hotel if you are staying more than a day. I was able to cook my own meals which I like to do, but there were plenty of restaurants in the area if I wanted something different. Very quiet atmosphere. My studio was very clean and comfortable with everything I needed. I'm usually not a good sleeper away from home but the bed was so comfortable it wasn't an issue. This will be my fist choice when I need to come back for work in the future.

King Street Apartments was the perfect staycation and getaway for a couple of weeks before moving to my new place. It’s situated right in the middle of everything on King St. and within steps of several amazing restaurants and bars. The unit was clean, plenty of space, comfy, and quiet. Loved the outside patio too. Can’t wait to stay again.

Clean room. Great location especially if you are not driving. A short walk to everything Old Town has to offer. 15 min walk to the Metro and Amtrak. Many coffee shops, bars, restaurants to offer. Comfortable bed. Nice courtyard for the property that we didn't get to use because of the rain. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect spot in the heart of Old Town! Very detailed instructions and the location was perfect. The only warning for future guests is plan your parking accordingly... unfortunately the parking garages in the area were closed for Labor day, so it made overnight parking a little difficult (just as it would be in any city, but I hadn't really considered it).

Prefer to ride? Alexandria has an impressive network of bike lanes and trails, along with a convenient bikeshare program. Rideshare services and water taxis are also available for added ease.

Please note that there is no on-site parking at our property, but parking garages are nearby in case you’re bringing a vehicle. For those flying in, Reagan National Airport is just 4 miles away, while Dulles International is a 31-mile drive.
