• Kasa welcomes one dog or one cat per unit, and a pet fee will apply based on the length of your reservation: $20 per night for 1-6 nights; $16 per night for 7-28 nights; or $8 per night for 29+ nights. Please refer to our Guest Accommodation Agreement regarding the dog breeds we allow at our property.

• There is no luggage storage at our property.

• This Kasa offers valet parking for an additional fee. Please note larger vans, trucks, and tour buses are subject to oversize fees

• We offer housekeeping services upon request to ensure a comfortable stay:

  • Guests staying four nights or more receive a complimentary full unit cleaning every four days, which includes fresh linens, trash removal, and restocking of essentials. This service is provided upon request.

  • For all other guests, full cleaning services are available upon request for an additional fee.

  • All guests may request complimentary trash removal and a towel refresh during onsite hours, from 9 am to 7 pm.
