The one bedroom apartment was perfect for me and my teenager. The kitchen had the pots/pans/plates/cups/silverware/etc that we needed. The apartment was spacious for us. The bed in the bedroom was comfortable enough, but the sofa in the family room needs to be replaced. It has obvious signs of wear and made noise whenever you sat down, stood up, etc. The fitness room is great, and the pool amazing. I wish the property had let us know that the hot tub was out of order, but I suppose that wouldn't have changed our plans. The 21st floor outdoor space was lovely. All in all, a great apartment to stay at and close to Dadeland Mall and a Target. Convenient location.

Our one bedroom apartment was spacious for me and my teenager. The fitness room and pool on the 8th floor were clean, spacious, and lovely, but the hot tub is out of order. Our individual apartment badly needs a new sofa/sofa bed as it made noises and looked worn. The kitchen had all the kitchen essentials we needed to cook, and the washer/dryer in the apartment were a nice touch (although the dryer was VERY noisy). Being on the second floor, our balcony was somewhat depressing-noisy and a view of the driveway with occasional honking cars. The location and amenities can't be beat!

Tucker at Palmer was a wonderful place to stay a couple nights for our family before leaving for a cruise. We found the check in instructions easy to follow and the amenities of the pool and fitness center to be perfect for our group. We were a group of 4 adults and 3 children in a 3 bedroom unit. It was great to have a clean washer and dryer for use. The closets and bathrooms were large and had everything we needed! The kitchen was beautiful and functional with the essentials we needed. It was quiet, but I’m not sure how much of that had to do with not many units being occupied at the time we were there. Our only inconveniences were: 1. Only 7 bathroom towels and 3 swim towels. We did request more swim towels and received them the next day, after we’d already been back to the pool. 2. There is only one amenities fob. We were denied a second by the front desk and by Kasa, indicating the location only provides one per room at this time. The elevator can only be used with the fob, so some creative planning is needed when the group has to split for any time, especially if anyone in the group isn’t physically capable of using stairs. We would definitely consider staying here again if we needed to be in the area, especially if we needed to stay for a while. I would have loved to explore the area some more.
