10/10 Exceptional
It was a great extended stay at the Reno, NV location. Room was clean and very inviting. I had a minor issue gaining access to the parking lot, but a call to the friendly virtual front desk resolved that issue. (FYI, it was my error in entering access code). Room was fully equipment with kitchen utensils, glasses, cook wear, silverware, toaster, blender, etc. Everything one would need to prepare meals, if you wanted. Washer / dryer in unit was a nice amenity, I look forward to staying here again..
