best place to stay

Great new apartment complex in the heart of Reno. The hottub is next level, so is the Gym.

Great place, clean, modern, priced very well.

I booked again to come back next week!

Clean safe

I did have difficulty finding it but the service was amazing and helped out ! Definitely worth the visit and would recommend to anyone! Loved it!!!

Muito bom!

Likes: Private property & very very clean! Dislikes: The parking fee is not a very comfortable thing $13 a night for parking is out of the league & $75 for a cleaning fee is not right.

We absolutely LOVED this location! Being from Texas and super spoiled by having lots of good food and great restaurants available to us, we felt right at home in this Reno Air Bnb. Super close to the Reno Sparks Convention center, where my Son was competing in his indoor Track Meet. We enjoyed being able to walk less than 5-6 minutes down the street to a nice shopping center that had a great selection of restaurants and a Spouts! The Reno airport was also very close and only a 7 minute Uber ride away from the property as well. Super clean and definitely worth a revisit whenever we return to Reno again!

Has everything you need

Staying in Kasa Archive in Reno is my only choice. Rooms are great, buildings are well maintained, the location is easy to get to everything and the included gym is a bonus. I'll be back!

Always a guarantee clean place and secure

Great stay, great amenities, great location. The place was very clean for it being a studio it felt very spacious. Would stay here again

the room was clean, very comfortable, it was just 5 minute walk to the Peppermill Casino. If felt like we had our own apartment. We did have a little trouble getting in, only because when book, the wrong email was put in, so I didn't get the information on how to get in and what room we were in. the the service to get it all was very good and promt, I will stay at the Kasa Achieve again

I book this place and they did run a background check (without a ssn) and canceled the whole booking, with a refund in 5-10 days. The info the booking place didn’t say they do that, they sent an useless email, saying that we get the code, if you’re gonna do that let people know so they can be aware

Kasa is a part of RED luxury housing area which is a new and very nice apartment buildings, stores, a theater, a dog park and more. It is in a very convenient location close to whatever store or place to eat you need. It is very easy to manage your virtual checking in and out. If you have any issues and you reach out for help, the responses and getting help are almost immediately. The apartment has so much space and light, it is little sterile for my test but still comforting. It has walking in closet and a big kitchen that I liked very much. The apartment and the building were immaculate. When you enter the building there is a very nice, fresh and pleasant aroma. Kasa is on a major street with a lot of car traffic but the apartment was quiet and peaceful. The window blinds were good enough to keep the rooms dark in the evening. I very much enjoyed my stay in Kasa and highly recommended it.

The room was comfortable and quiet located in a convenient neighborhood. The instructions to enter the property should have been easier to follow with better signage. The same is true to use the fitness center.

Wonderful experience! I would absolutely reserve again next time.

Great place and convenient

Had a great stay here. The refrigerator was making an inconvenient noise but the team promptly replied the chat with instructions to help mitigate this issue. Would definitely stay here again. Everything was clean, mattress was great, linens too.

The place was clean close to the Peppermill casino. Only complaint was the noise from people walking above late at night.

This was a fantastic property for a corporate trip. Very responsive host!

Honestly one of the best places I have stay there communication is amazing answer fast to any concerns or question defenely recommened

My stay at Kasa Archive was truly delightful. My daughter and I enjoyed our vacation, check-in was easy and they are willing to accommodate for early check-in with fee which o didn't mind. We had a kitchen with appliances readily available. Also in our unit was a washer and dryer. Kasa Archive is located in a place where everything was in the proxsimity mall, Chuckie cheese, sprouts, Walmart, Urban air, and any store one may be interested in. I personally enjoyed access to the gym. They also offered a club house and pool. It was way to cold to occupy the pool however on our next visit this Spring or Summer we will. 10/10 we will come again!

Moderno e funcional Likes: Prédio novo, instalações de alto padrão, check-in e check-out eletrônicos.

Loved having a washer and dryer in the room and able to cook.

An innovative place to stay with tech and AI driven virtual front desk and customer service. Guests share facilities like pools and common rooms with apartments nearby under the same management I assume. Service + staff training could have been better. Housekeeping made the error of entering our room without knocking, but was explained quickly when I reported to guest service. It would have been better if the doors had physical latches.

Pazar kényelem és tisztaság! Likes: Kiváló volt. Kényelmes és különösen nagy tisztaság volt. a Közös helyiségek mindig tiszták, kiválóan takarítottak voltak. Minden pont olyan volt, mint ígérték! Már voltam ott tavaj is, most visszatértem. Ha ismét megyek, csak a Kasa lehetséges megoldás számomra.

I liked it it was pretty nice and a good price , they’re very attentive i could text them for anything!

This was our 5th stay at Kasa (4 Winter, 1 summer) bc it was a good value for 2 bd/2 ba. But we noticed a change in mgmt since our last stay in Dec ‘24. Each response from mgmt seemed written by AI: full of empathy with no real solution. In the past staff has been very responsive. With each stay we requested pool towels prior to arrival and they would bring very nice ones that said BASECAMP on them. During this stay we were told there has been a change in policy and we should use the bath towels provided instead. There are only two bath towels in each bathroom which meant there weren’t enough towels to bring to the pool if we wanted to have a clean towel to shower after. Unless we laundered them ourselves (washer/dryer is In kitchen) In the past the kitchen was well stocked so you could make meals. This time, there were only 2 cooking utensils provided: a pasta scooper and a soup ladle. The place is clean, but the couch (same one from our 2022 stay) looks very worn down. And from both bathtubs we pulled a very large, grotesque nest of hair that was slowing the drains. The most disappointing thing was the hot tub which we look forward to. It was only lukewarm during the last few days of our stay. And the response was a generic acknowledgement of how disappointing it is and they will be sure to address for future guests. Sadly, this place has really gone down and without the amenities it made dealing with issues like constant street noise, not worth it.

Me gusto mucho mi estancia

A wonderful place to stay with families (including your pet). It offered many amenities and was very clean.

Spacious, clean aparthotel. Located on a busy street but we found it to be very quiet. In a great location because of the good eats (and great coffee) spots in Midtown Reno. For a place that sleeps two couples comfortably, it needed 4 plates and 4 bowls (there were only 3 plates and 2 bowls). Communication was good when we had a problem with the dishwasher.

Honestly amazing! Great location ! Luxury compound with nice movie theatre near
