8/10 Very good
The Kasa condo was clean, nicely styled, and in a great location in a very walkable area.
There are a few things worth mentioning for future guests. The photos used to advertise the condo were not of the actual unit we stayed in, which was a little disappointing. It would also be helpful if Kasa made it clear that the apartments are located inside the Pierce building, as there is no exterior signage identifying Kasa. It took some extra effort to figure out where to go upon arrival.
Inside the unit, we would have appreciated dressers and TVs in the bedrooms.
Also, when you communicate with Kasa through AirBNB you do not get a person just AI responses. So at times the communication is not clear and can be inaccurate.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this Airbnb, especially for its cleanliness and location. With a few improvements and clearer communication, the experience could be even better! 😊
