Kasa Boston at Fenway

Stayed for 2 Redsox games. Unit was perfect!! Any questions were immediately handled. Easy walk/only .3 mi from Fenway, clean, modern, full kitchen, great ac. Hands down will be our go to place again.

LOVED the apartment style accommodations with kitchen and laundry. Safe building, easy check-in and out, helpful staff, and tons of dining nearby! Central location was awesome; we walked many places!

Modern and clean building was the perfect location for our week of sightseeing in Boston. It’s just a few minute walk to the Fenway station. As typical of Kasa properties, it has a gorgeous gym facility and great common space on the 18th floor. This was a perfect place to watch a few NFL games and enjoy the city views. 18th floor makes the Pierce feel like a luxury property.

Amazing location close to everything you need grocery store, Timeout market right across the street and target! Place was accurately descriptive aside from the size of the bed, but they do note that in the description, seamless check-in everyone was so friendly. Our place was extremely clean. My only note is that you can’t lay in bed and watch TV at the same time because the TV is positioned next to the bed so I just wanna note that in case you ever wanted a day inside laying in bed and watching TV. Highly recommend this place if you want to catch a game. We will definitely be back.

Likes: The room was pretty clean and was accurate to the pictures. I was a bit apprehensive about booking a place that was an apartment complex, because I wasn't sure how well managed it would be, but I was pleasantly surprised by how nice and helpful the staff were, and how quickly issues were responded to via booking messages. For example I had an issue with the virtual check in link, messaged the property, and they helped me fix it within the hour. On the day I arrived, the staff messaged me that there was a small plumbing issue in the bathroom. They were very apologetic and offered another room as an option and even allowed me to look at both rooms before deciding which one I wanted. I was also offered a bit of credit because of the plumbing issue. I know a lot of apt-type locations where they do a quick turnaround and no one actually even bothers to check the rooms before guest check-in, but this property seemed to do a much more thorough job. Dislikes: The A/C was really loud in the bedroom and living room, esp the bedroom. I had earplugs so it was fine for sleepign but not sure how it would've been without. Also the AC was very very cold when it was on because of the powerful fan, but when it was off the room would get too hot, so it was a bit hard to balance the temperature. Also was not able to store luggage at the front desk since it's an apartment complex rather than a hotel, which was a bit unfortunate.
