The place is in a residential area a couple of minutes outside downtown Minneapolis. I wouldn't consider it "Bryn Mawr", but it's in a gentrified area near it. The place was clean and nicely decorated. Some of the furniture was a little rundown from wear and tear but it didn't bother me. The kitchen had all the basic necessities to cook (pot, plates, utensils, oil, salt, etc.). Arrival was a little confusing-- the instructions got lost in all the messages that are sent so take a screen shot of the mail that has the codes. And then when we tried using the front door code it didn't work but someone just let us in so we just went in. The code for the apartment door worked fine and the key fobs worked fine. Would highly recommend renting a parking spot because the street parking is really full and the neighborhood is a little sketch. There was always random dudes hanging outside the abandoned building across the street. There's a coffee shop about a block way. The location is really close to downtown. There's a farmer's market that's about a mile away. Highways are nearby that you can jump on to. Another note is that the apartment is run by Kasa, which they have their own app that is a little easier to navigate gate codes and wifi passwords.

Access into the building is a bit lengthy but they provide detailed, step-by-step instructions and there’s peace of mind knowing the building has fob access for both the front door and elevator so it’s not accessible for the public. The apartment home was spacious and has basic items that you’ll need for your stay. Will definitely book again!

I really enjoyed my stay! The place was clean, cozy, and had a lovely balcony. My only small issue was the noise decibel monitor going off from even slightly louder conversations, which was a bit annoying. Overall, though, it was a lovely place and I’d definitely stay again!

The nearest bus and rail stations are less than a mile away from our Kasa, and you can conveniently access the Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport via the Metro Blue Line. The Minneapolis Saint-Paul International Airport is approximately 14 miles from this Kasa.
