• Kasa welcomes one dog or one cat per unit, and a pet fee will apply based on the length of your reservation: $20 per night for 1-6 nights; $16 per night for 7-28 nights; or $8 per night for 29+ nights. Please refer to our Guest Accommodation Agreement regarding the dog breeds we allow at our property.

• There is no luggage storage at our property.

• Housekeeping services are available upon request for a nominal fee per cleaning.

• Paid parking is available through a trusted third-party partner, located just a short 6-minute walk (0.3 miles) from the property. Pre-registration is required prior to arrival to receive a discounted rate exclusive to guests. The covered garage offers convenient in-and-out privileges; however, it does not accommodate oversized vehicles. Parking reservations follow the same cancellation policy as your room booking—be sure to make any changes or cancellations within your reservation’s timeframe to avoid fees.
