So the room was not perfect (queen bed suite), but it was very nice and the value was incredible. Lots of space. Great full kitchen/eating/living area. Central location walkable to the main downtown sites. Also a big $$$ savings over hotels in the area. Downsides: bed dipped a little in the middle; needs more support or a mattress rotation. Bathroom counter was small; we moved an end table into the bathroom to have more space. Shower was clean and functional but basic. But the rest of the place was very nice, way better than many hotel rooms, and the value was fantastic. Would definitely go back. (The service was actually very helpful; it was the fact that it took me 20+ minutes to get in touch with them is the reason why I gave 4 stars.) PARKING: Here's what you do: park in front of the building on the street, unload your stuff, and put your blinkers on. Go into your room and there's a parking garage card in the room on a lanyard on a shelf on the wall. Bring it back to the car and then park in the Sheraton garage right across the street, using the card to get in and out. $30 a day. Your other option is the public garage next to the Kasa, but it's $45 a day and not as nice.
