• One approved animal is allowed per unit at a nightly fee of $8-30/night based on length of stay. Pet registration is required prior to arrival.

• Limited parking is available on-site for a fee based on the length of your reservation: $30 per night for 1-14 nights, $20 per night for 15-21 nights, $15 per night for 21+ nights. Parking fees will be collected online in your Kasa Booking Confirmation.

• Housekeeping services are only provided upon request at an additional cost per cleaning.
