10/10 Exceptional
I spent my entire summer in a beautiful apartment in the Kasa capitol hill and it was the best time of my life. I genuinely don’t know how to do it justice, but I can firmly say that it was my best living experience. the management team are beyond amazing and helpful, I never had to even call, they were always one text message away, always active, making sure all problems are solved in a timely manner and even checking up on me whether I needed anything. Once I needed a mop to help me clean and they gave me a gift card to get it and once the AC stopped working they fixed it in less than 3hours.
The location is also so ideal; 1min to church street, 5min to Broadway, super calm and cosy and most importantly super super safe for women. Two gyms (at least) within 5min walk distance, best Boba tea in town around the corner, whole food is 20min walk. Most attractions are within walking distance: escape rooms, bowling, mini golf, bars, the movies, gyms, all sort of restaurants…
I am beyond grateful to the Kasa team for making my experience in Nashville one that I will never forget. If I am ever back again to Nashville, I will def be back to Kasa!
