Perfect.

I will not choose one of your properties again. Dislikes: It was a really bad experience. I ended up not even staying there. I booked another room because the sheets were dirty and the entire room smelled like microwaved fish.

Amazing My boyfriend and I went for our birthday weekend and it was amazing comfortable clean elegant 10 out of 10. I will definitely stay again.

Safe, Clean, Comfy Stay! My daughter and I enjoyed a girl’s trip to Charlotte for the Olivia Rodrigo concert. We loved staying at Kasa Edison House! We felt very safe (even arriving after midnight) and loved getting coffee every morning at Backyard Brew. We had everything we needed, it was extremely clean, and we slept well on the comfy beds. Definitely a great value for the area AND level of amenities - with a fun hipster vibe! Having the ability to have small meals in our own space via the kitchenette was amazing. We hope to be back soon! 💕

Great place to stay! The location was great with plenty of food within a short walk or drive, and the room was very clean and organized. The unit I stayed in was perfect if you just need a home base to sleep in and explore the city since it’s a smaller studio style room. Perfect for solo travels and couples!

Great stay! The place was clean, well laid out, and in a great location with plenty of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The customer service was outstanding. I’ll definitely stay at their properties again!

The room was very clean, the check in process was super easy and instructions were detailed even with it being virtual and they texted to check in when we got there. We were only there one night yet would definitely look into it for future trips! they had a fan which I appreciated and nice to have a tv with Roku to watch what you want!

Amazing location, low-key out the way, quite area perfect for a staycation!!

Nice place unless an emergency happens First time staying at a Kasa location. Loved the neighborhood! Beautiful and walking distance to several restaurants and grocery store. Commication prior to stay was good. All via text and it was great to be notified that we could check in early. (an option when signing in) Room was small but cute and clean. Place almost felt like a college dorm. This place does not have onsite staffing. Which is fine...excepted for emergencies. We were woken up at 1:30am by fire alarm. We went out to the parking lot with other guests. Several of the guests stated one of the room was smoking and set it off. (we could smell it as well) While waiting for fire department, we got an text from Kasa that our noise level was too high! (due to fire alarm). Once we got the all clear, we went back to our room but the inside security lock had set itself. (the L shaped door block) We called Kasa but it sounded like out of country call center. Luckily, my husband was able to MacGyver the lock and got us back in after 10 minutes. Kasa did respond and say the alarm was set by accident by a guest cooking pasta. Afterwards, when I had submitted review, they said they did an 'investigation' and there was no smoking? Great concept...unless you need immediate help!

Perfect place to stay for a work trip. I was nervous about the central heating/air but there were two fans in the room, so problem solved! You can hear other guests coming and going, but for a small studio and solo traveler, the place can’t be beat.

My boyfriend and I stayed the night in Charlotte for a concert being held at the spectrum center. We decided to go with kasa, and we’re so glad we did. The space was cozy and had lots of amenities we were thankful for. We were left complementary water and a snack which was sweet and unexpected. Kasa was a great fit for us and we would definitely come back !

Not for older adults Likes: Great location Dislikes: Low furniture. Poor lighting. Surprise $22 fee for damage. Tiny, wobbly bed side tables for the CPAP machine.

Property was clean and close to all locations I needed. Check in was easy. Would stay again when in the area.

Great Location & Efficient Checking process The communication was great as well as the checkin and checkout process. The room was clean and great amenities as explained. The only negative is the freezer icebox needs to be de thawed & not having a Kuerig coffee pot. There was a water boiling pot. It’s a great location within walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants & coffee shops.

This was the perfect location in a very nice neighborhood and would love to stay here again! Likes: Super clean and excellent location. Check in and check out were very easy. And bed was very comfortable. Dislikes: Cancellation policy and a little pricy

Kasa Edison House South End Dilworth Charlotte is an exceptional lodging! Walking distance to restaurants, ice cream, and coffee, however, they provided Copper Cow pour over with a hot water heating pot in the room. The Jr. Suite is well stocked for kitchen (and cleanup) and a bathroom with all the amenities you would want. The sound machine was a very nice touch. If you have Apple Music or Spotify they have a playlist created just for you. Nice big TV in the room plus another in the common area. Huge outdoor courtyard with a fire pit if you choose. The area is very nice and appears to be safely walkable. Virtual front desk was flawless with check-in and check out, and responded quickly with my questions. Less than 2 miles from Charlotte OrthoCarolina Hospital and a 7 minute drive. Visiting again when my surgery is scheduled. Thank you Kasa Edison House for a lovely stay!! UPDATE 9-14: My husband and I stayed here again. Beautiful room/suite and even more stunning than the last! He was mostly there as I was at CLT Ortho Hosp for surgery (only 1.9 miles away!). The original room was on the 2nd floor so we requested 1st floor because of my surgery. Although they do not promise specific rooms, they were able to accommodate!! He brought a scooter and rode to several places that are actually within walking distance. The experience truly gave him a peaceful haven to relax. Thanks again Kasa Edison House!!

Stay in charlotte Likes: Air con, toiletries towels and bedding, remote check in, fridge freezer, USB charging ports, qr code playlist Dislikes: Communication was good but I think it should be mandatory that it comes via text and email as I realised when I got to the US that I didn't have signal and couldn't receive texts. The space was deceptively bare because many of the cupboards didn't open. I would have loved a really comprehensive guest list that covered more than the closest 15mins.

Looks nice online... the room I got had a very used mattress and a possibly broken bed frame that caused the mattress to severely sag in the middle. There is no box spring and the flimsy plywood supports are not up to the task. I have wasted a lot of time messaging the management for a resolution and they are dragging their feet. I requested a refund for the remainder and they offered a measly $25 to stay another night and move to another room. The bed is so bad that two, not very big, people cannot sleep on it; I slept on the couch. There is no where to unpack your clothes, the closet had 3 hangers in it, no where to hang bathroom towels to dry or put wash cloths. If you do not like or have sensitive skin to heavy, synthetic fragrance on your bedding or towels, you may want to stay elsewhere. The location is easy to get to and fairly quiet. Review may get updated depending in how they handle the refund.

Wish I could have stayed longer! Such a comfortable, well appointed space!

A good place for a quick overnight stay!

Perfect property, clean, comfy, nice residential neighborhood. Walking distance to restaurants. Why the 2 stars? I had to submit a face scan to a third party to check in! And they are retaining it for three years! Really?? Plus I never saw another human being in the building. Very eerie. I’ll go back to staying in hotels from now on.
