Reviews of Kasa Impala Miami BeachReviews of Kasa Impala Miami Beach

Room and bathroom are spacious clean, kingsize sleeps good. Would have like one more pillow ( i had 2) there is a small ftidge no microwave. Service is great

The location is quite close to the beach, yet quiet at night. By American standards, the room is quite small. There is no staff on-site whatsoever. Any questions—or even requests to store luggage—must be handled via WhatsApp. There is a coffee machine in the room, but what good is it if the coffee isn’t replenished? Consequently, the machine could only be used exactly once.

Beautiful, serene, relaxing place to rest your head for the night. I felt like I was in a Mediterranean romantic villa.

Nic v hotelu nefungovalo. Vstupní dveře - zámek. Chyběla štětka na záchodě. Matrace brutálně měkká - opravdu to nebyl hezký pokoj.

Location was fantastic! Walking to so many good places. Rooms were clean and spacious for a one night stay. Highly recommended!

Great hotel! Great location! I loved it!

Excellent place! The location, rooms and cleanliness really stand out for me and also the easy check-in and out. I appreciate the beach towels and the chairs included in the reservation. For sure I will come back when I visit Miami again!

This was a quick weekend get away with the goal of relaxation. Kasa Impala did not disappoint! It is a quaint hotel located steps away from South Beach. I was pleasantly surprised that there was no disturbance due to noise given the popularity of the area! The room was clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable…I slept soundly. The remote concierge is a plus. I had difficulty operating the shower and within seconds I received detailed instructions as to how to use it. I surely plan to stay at Kasa Impala next time I’m in South Beach.and you should too!

Great location, very clean room. Friendly staff. No reception though so be patient when making requests

Dislikes: You all should include a microwave and eating utensils to rooms

Likes: Lokacija, osoblje

Likes: Customer service is very responsive and friendly. Room is clean and location is good. Dislikes: The smell when you enter the lobby can be improved and the pillows can be more confortable.

Likes: Location and cleaning. Dislikes: I had some difficult to get the proper typing time to open the gates.

(Translated by Google) Very good price, very nice rooms, the beach is very close, excellent location, spacious and clean bathroom, good AC system, there is no staff at the front desk everything is automated you receive all the information on your cell phone, so if you happen to request something additional like more sheets or extra towels you might have to wait until the next morning (Original) Precio muy bueno, habitaciones muy buenas, la playa queda muy cerca, excelente ubicación, el baño amplio y limpio, bien sistema AC, no hay personal en él front desk todo es automático recibes toda la info en tu cel, así que sí llegarás a solicitar algo adicional como más sábanas o toallas extras quizás tendrías que esperar hasta el siguiente día en la mañana

(Translated by Google) Terrible place, it smells bad all the time. The facilities are old and the service is awful. Check-in is a nightmare; there's no one at reception, and any question is a hassle because there's no one there. It smelled like gas. DO NOT BOOK here, IT'S HORRIBLE. Olia a gas NO RESErVEM aquí , ESTÁ HORRIBLE

The place was very nice, with a classic and charming interior. The rooms were clean and comfortable. There wasn’t anyone at the reception, but when we had an issue with our booking, we called customer service and they were really helpful and quick to assist us. The location is also great, very close to the beach. Overall, we had a good experience and would definitely recommend this place.

Loved it ! Best location ever

Great stay in good location.

We have stayed at this property several times over the years. Love the location and how quaint it is.

(Translated by Google) The best location for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Quick access to the beach. I loved the bed and fell in love with the pillows.

Beautiful place to stay , really clean. Nice huge tub and rainfall shower. So beautiful

When I arrived I was greeted by staff who assisted me with my check in which was very easy. You are given a code to enter the property and your room, so there are no key cards to lose or forget which I thought was smart. There is no on site front desk/concierge but I was contacted via text from their virtual front desk throughout my stay to make sure I was settled in and if I needed anything. The lobby was a little underwhelming at first - there was an unused bar and there was no furniture, but I'm guessing it's used mainly during the busy summer season and I was there at an off-peak time. My room was small but clean and perfect for just myself and had a mini refrigerator, iron & hair dryer and the bathroom was stocked with plenty of towels and toiletries. If traveling with a partner I would suggest booking a suite for more space. There was a closet with hangers and a luggage stand, however there was no dresser with drawers which I would have liked because I like to unpack my suitcase when I travel. The hotel provides beach towels and umbrellas for guests which I thought was very nice and is conveniently located walking distance to the beach and surrounded by restaurants and cafes. I was traveling alone and felt very safe, and it was very quiet at night, but I was there off peak so that was probably why. If you are looking for an affordable option with minimal fuss I do recommend Kasa La Flor and I would stay here when I visit Miami again.

A great budget option to stay within Sobe Miami. Very comfortable and close by the beach and nightlife.

Everything was great. Room was clean and I’m a great area
