10/10 Exceptional

We booked the Pearl Suite (aka their signature one bedroom). Luxurious, romantic, immaculate. A bit of a splurge, but we thought it was located on the best square, Chippewa. We even booked it for an extra stay on our return journey. Requested early check in, but only got 45 minutes early. Parking is tricky, but if you're patient and drive around the block slowly, something will open up. Bed was heavenly. Party noise at night, but provided ear plugs and white noise machine bedside did the trick. Entry instructions overly confusing, just head to the rear right corner of the building and enter through the iron gate. Enjoy!

The pros for this property are 1. location! right by Chippewa square where forest Gump movie was filed , walking distance to many old town attractions. If you enjoy walking then you can skip trolley tours and save some money. 2. Old building charm with modern touch. Soaring 12 feet or maybe 14 ceilings, charming moldings, original wood floor, modern kitchen, great shower pressure. 3 washer and dryer in unit, definitely helpful in hot and humid Georgia weather. 4. A grand piano for practice, it was a deal maker for me as I am learning to play. 5. Responsive virtual customer service Cons are, 1. One needs to learn how to use Yale keypad, could take a while to get a hang of it 2. Need to pay attention to cleanliness under Sofa cushions, looks like lady’s hair. A side note on parking. definitely download Savannah parking app, very handy when needed. 8am-8pm needs to pay M-S, Sundays are free. Not too difficult to find one near the property, I was able to park right by the front stairs.

This place was absolutely beautiful and very clean and cozy yet very spacious! It’s in a perfect location right in the historic district and very walkable to everything! The bed was very comfortable and we had no issues with boise from inside the building or outside. I It’s a completely private space that felt like its own complete 1 bed 1 full bath apartment with a very large kitchen and living room and everything that you could need including a very well tuned piano! It was such an amazing find and the host was very quick to respond and give kind and clear communication and we will absolutely stay here again next time we visit Savannah!

Beautiful and spacious apartment in heart of Savannah Likes: Beautiful and clean, the highest ceilings and great AC which in Savannah in August is a must. Super convenient and beautiful location, walkable to everything. Would highly recommend for families with small kids. Dislikes: Homeless guy asleep on front stoop the morning we checked out. He seemed harmless and it's hardly the hotel's fault, but just worth noting

I live in Savannah and my husband and I decided to take a staycation from our chaotic home renovation. This accommodation fit our needs nicely. It was clean, lovely, quiet and very spacious. The appartment's tall ceilings and decor made for a very relaxing environment. Just what we needed. The apartment is also located in one of our favoirte areas of Savannah where there is an abundance of great restaurants and shopping within a short walking distance. My only complaint was that the appartmnet was listed as pet friendly. We had planned on bringing our dog. But upon checking in, I read that pets could not be left alone in the apartment which would limit our activities. Admittedly, I skimmed through the house rules and failed to see the last sentence which stated that there was a full list of rules on the Kasa website where the pet restrictions were found. I would have liked to have seen these retrictions in a more prominant place. I would still highly recommend staying at this location.

Besides walking, locals often use bicycles, pedicabs, or rideshares to navigate, letting you experience Savannah's unique charm in various ways. Additionally, Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport is located just 5 miles away, and the Savannah Amtrak Station is only 4 miles from Downtown, making your arrival and departure as easy as possible and contributing to a relaxing visit.
