- One approved animal is allowed per unit at a nightly fee of $8-30/night based on length of stay. Pet registration is required prior to arrival.

- Paid parking is available. Please reserve and pay through the Virtual Front Desk, and follow your check-in instructions for where to park when you arrive.

- Housekeeping services are only provided upon request at an additional cost per cleaning.

Lower Highlands, known locally as LoHi, sits about a mile north of downtown Denver across the South Platte River. The neighborhood draws visitors for its food and bar scene, historic streets, and easy access to riverside trails. Two main corridors shape it: the LoHi dining strip, packed with rooftop bars, bakeries, cocktail lounges, and coffee shops, and West 32nd Avenue in Highland Square, a quieter stretch of boutique shops, wine bars, and casual restaurants.

On foot, you can cross the Highland pedestrian bridge for Denver skyline views and continue into Commons Park and Confluence Park along the South Platte River Trail. Denver Union Station works as both a destination (restaurants, bars, historic architecture) and a transit hub for downtown, LoDo, and the RTD A Line to Denver International Airport.

For sports and live events, Coors Field (home of the Colorado Rockies), Ball Arena (Nuggets, Avalanche, Mammoth), and Empower Field at Mile High are all within a short rideshare. RiNo, Denver's River North Art District, is a quick trip east for street art, breweries, and food halls. It's a practical base for guests who want a real neighborhood feel with downtown Denver, major venues, and outdoor trails all within easy reach.

• Little Man Ice Cream — Denver institution since 2008, serving small-batch handmade ice cream out of a 28-foot milk can on 16th St, 0.2 miles away

• Alma Fonda Fina — Michelin-starred Mexican restaurant with an à la carte menu, a chef's counter, and an avocado margarita worth the trip, 0.3 miles away

LoHi is one of Denver's most walkable neighborhoods, with a Walk Score of 90. Restaurants, coffee shops, and bars are within easy reach on foot.

Rideshare is the fastest pick for cross-town trips, with downtown Denver, LoDo, RiNo, Coors Field, and other major stadiums all a few minutes away. Denver Union Station, the city's main transit hub, is just 1.2 km (about 0.7 miles) away and connects to RTD buses and light rail across the metro. From Union Station, the RTD A Line runs directly to Denver International Airport (DEN) in about 37 minutes, the easiest no-car airport option.

Driving works too, with paid parking available on site. An e-bike and scooter docking station stands at the corner of the building, so two-wheel rides are always a few steps away. The South Platte River Trail runs along the neighborhood and links directly to downtown, RiNo, and the rest of Denver's bike network. Additional bike-share and scooter rentals are widely available throughout LoHi.
