Nice place but Kasa was not apologetic at all.
Likes: Location was great
Dislikes: We got into our room and the deadbolt would not open from the inside. I ended up climbing out the window to see if the door would open from the outside. It did not. The property manager ended up coming and moving us to another room and had to climb down a ladder in order to get out with all our stuff. The property manager was very nice and apologetic. Kasa itself gave me a $25 sorry refund. Wouldn’t allow us to park for free (I didn’t end up paying anyway) but they did want to charge us for that. Not enough in my opinion. We were almost late to the broncos game for the inconvenience.
