Was very informative on just about anything you would need during your stay. Very clean, and we’ll taken care of. Would absolutely stay again!

A comfortable stay downtown Dallas

What a Wonderful experience. Loved staying in Kasa. We had to extend our trip and we rebooked because we loved it so much. Clean, confortable, well designed, great amenities. Thank you very much!

property condition is very good! But need to improve the cleanliness.

Had an awesome stay recently at the Dallas location! The unit was clean, the host was responsive, and check out was SUPER easy!

Great place to stay, Thanks

The Kasa experience was amazing. It was a breeze to book as well as to check in! Once walking into the home, it was very clean and exactly what we were expecting. I cannot comment enough on check in and the how to arrive into the location. (I am one to get lost constantly) and the walk through was very helpful. Thank you for hosting us!

My family and I loved our stay at Kasa. It was very clean and in a good location if you are there for vacation. My brother lives in the apartments right next door so it was very convenient for my family to visit with him. We will definitely stay again! The pool was very crowded on the weekend. My boys couldn’t even swim one of the days because of the amount of people there and they were playing loud music that was not kid friendly. Other than that we enjoyed our time there.

Not a Good Short Business Trip Option I would not recommend this property for short term business trips. The check-in and parking instructions are long and confusing and the process takes 45 minutes to get checked in, car parked and in the room. The room is nice, clean and well furnished. The cable TV was a pretty strange combined of live stream stuff. No TV in the bedroom. If I was planning to be somewhere for a longer time, I might consider this property.

Stayed at this location before . Very convenient access to downtown Dallas . Would stay here again simply for the convenience .

The door code they gave me didn’t work, so I had no ability to lock the door. They had no way to fix it, so left with no ability to secure ourselves and our things we had to pack up and leave late at night to find another hotel with our two young kids after being there for an hour or so. They lied to me and said they would refund me, they never did.

Very clean as exactly as promised. Will stay there again

Too hot and no relief I checked in at 3pm. The room was 98 deg F. I contacted service and reported the incident. I followed their instructions. 5 hours later, they did not fix the issue and did not try to contact me. I called and requested a new residence. 2 hours later, they moved us to a new place. That is 7 hours of a 98 deg F room and zero urgency from the staff. They did not even offer any compensation to make up for their lack of action. I will not use them again.

Easy stay This is my first experience with a hands off automated type reservation. With Kasa, everything was smooth and easy. Communication and details were so plentiful that I had no questions, just simpley followed instructions to check in, enjoyed the property which was clean and well tended to, then checked out nice and easy.

We didn’t stay. Location and cleanliness felt kasa was insecure check in process

The apartment was nice and quite clean, the building was badly maintained and dirty.

Successful visit in Dallas Excellent experience. Very easy to communicate with whoever was in charge about our questions (regarding trash and parking).

I really like the apartment, clean and easy to check in. Will use Kasa again

Not good We arrived to a hallway filled with trash bags for pick up, and the room only had one TV (none in the bedrooms, the pools were closed for use. The most uncomfortable issues was the tenants above us must have had 4-5 kids jumping on the floor constantly. We complained but the noise continued to the point we just checked out early and lost a days worth of rental.

Overall great stay Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Kasa Dallas Medical District apartments. We reserved a two bedroom, two bath apartment and it was as advertised. Actually, it was bigger than I expected which was a nice surprise! If you are staying longer than a couple of days you will want to buy toilet paper when you go to the grocery store (there is a Kroger about a mile away). There is one roll in each bathroom and they don't re-stock during your stay. The pool area is awesome! We really enjoyed the lounge chairs in the pool. It was a great place to relax at the end of the day. There were very few extra towels in the apartment so if you plan to use the pool and have several people staying with you it might be a good idea to pack beach towels. The pool was crowded Saturday night and quite loud so if your apartment faces the pool it might be loud inside too. The apartments are not very well insulated to outside noise. We heard road noise all night and what sounded like a party above us both nights until 3:00 am. The bedrooms have white noise machines which helped, but didn't completely block the sound. The gym was closed due to COVID so I can't provide a review.

Our stay was great except pool closed, malls closed and riots. But the apartment was great.
