I was in town once a week for clinicals at Kaiser and this was the perfect place for a one night stay. Other reviews have concerns about sounds between rooms, but I didn’t mind at all and each room has a sound machine for use. Absolutely loved staying here every week. Walkable to many different restaurants too. Thank you Jagruti and the Kasa team!

Great location, very clean, nice community space, well equipped rooms. My room could have been a bit bigger but it was sufficient.

Lovely stay! Cute room with everything! Including a kettle which is great for Aussies. Nice common space, really friendly staff and helpful. Easy to access door codes - all very well thought out. They had a little welcome note with chocolate that just made me feel at home 🤗 great internet easy chromecasting also!

Dozens of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Very safe and interesting neighbourhood.

Staying here for a month worked well.The cozy lobby was well appointed with comfortable lounge and dining facilities, a wifi enabled printer/scanner/fax machine, a shredder and a great coffee/tea/hot chocolate machine. Arrivals and departures are easy when you know how. The bedroom had everything including a very comfortable bed. Our on-site host was very welcoming and helped us with extending our stay, and provided extra care when it was needed.

We stayed for two nights just recently. The communication and instructions were top shelf. Everything was as exactly described. The location is also fantastic. Easy access to Caltrain and amenities.

Bedbug crawled across the bed right before we were about to get into bed (see photos). We sent photos, texted, and called, but the hotel could not send anyone to help until the following morning (expecting us to stay in a room with A BEDBUG crawling over the bed). There were no open rooms, so we had to find another hotel at 1 am, which was 2x the cost. We killed the bedbug, and left a cup next to it, so the hotel could find it in the morning (we told them this). When we came the following morning to grab a left item, they had removed the bedbug and cleaned the room for the next guest. 4 days later, they told me that they completed an inspection of the room, found no evidence of bedbugs, and therefore would not refund the room.

set your expectations and be friendly and you'll be happy.

The location has to be considered to be good if you compare with other areas around bay area. I would still be cynical of traveling alone around the redwood city at night. The hotel team are quite responsive through online. The hotel gives a very unique feeling, everything felt automated/ robotic. The rooms are quite small and might not fit your needs. Overall it was a well maintained hotel with great service. It's more a like pod style hotels but in larger size.

Great spot! So easy! I got a massage at lotus massage next door and that was also incredible. Parking accessible and lots to do and see. Great bakery across the street. I love the ease of check in and the cozy nooky room vibes. Bed was clean and comfortable and I was a good temperature

Very comfortable place to be for a few weeks with extremely helpful ataf Likes: Two people could work comfortably at the desk in the room. While the fridge looked small it satisfied our needs. The staff exceeded expectations on terms of satisfying a number of our requests. A good laundry and a hot drink machine. Comfortable lobby. Dislikes: Bathroom size is a bit small for two people.

Perfect for our one night stay. Had everything we needed (big bed, shower, mini fridge, coffee, and privacy!). Super close to public parking lot, and lots of really great restaurants in walking distance. Housekeeping very friendly!

Bed bug. No refund. No help. I will never stay here again. This is my first time ever giving such a negative review. When we were about to get into bed, a BED BUG climbed onto the pillow. We sent clear photos and videos to the company and called. We are not experts, but it perfectly matches every photo we can see online and does not match known look-alikes. They had no one on property to come help or look. They had no additional rooms and refused to refund until they could have someone take a look. The soonest they could provide help was the following morning (i.e expecting us to stay in a potential bed bug room overnight). We had to find anothet hotel at 1 am. The closest place with a room was in Cupertino and 2x the price. So we're out of sleep and out of money.

The place is exactly as described, small but very clean. It is in a fantastic location for downtown. The only problem was checking in. I had a problem with the check in and had to wait three hours to receive the door code. I made the reservation while standing outside the hotel. It probably would not have been a problem if I had made the reservation earlier.

There are so many wonderful restaurants in that area. I left fat and broke

When I first arrived at the hotel, my room door was propped open as if it had been left that way after cleaning. I checked in several hours after the designated time, so this was concerning and not a great first impression. Additionally, there was a noticeable sewage odor in the room. I contacted the support, and while they were apologetic and said someone would come to check on the smell, I was only staying a single night, after a 7 hour drive all I wanted to do was get dinner, not wait around for someone to come check on my room. It would have been ideal to simply get another room of the same size. I was surprised that I wasn’t offered a different room. Aside from these two issues, the room itself was clean and well-maintained. However, I would have preferred to be moved rather than have someone enter the room while I was staying there. Overall, I’m conflicted about my experience. Without those initial concerns, I believe I would’ve had a much more enjoyable stay.

Area was very close to Caltrain and close to restaurants and grocery store

Our room was small but had everything we needed. The free laundry is a bonus and the coffee and bananas are a nice treat. The seats in reception are handy as is the microwave and breakfast bar. Very friendly staff and good communications.

If you are looking for something efficient, I'd recommend it. It's kind of like a renovated, tech motel. Good as a place to sleep and clean up, but not the type of place where you are going to relax in your room all day.

Nice place to stay, similar to a hotel. The space is pretty small but definitely works if you’re running around and just need a place to shower and sleep. The room was clean and we had no issues there. I’d stay here again.

Super Cute I loved how well designed the place was. It's a very small room, but things are setup to just work well. Curtains configurable for light or air or dark, bedframe provides places to set things even with no end tables, spacious shower, etc. Perfect for a work trip.

The amazing property! Only wish I have is the luggage storage. This time it didn’t trouble me that much but the luggage storage would be a huge add!

This place was perfect. I came up for the weekend for work. It was in a great location, walking distance it food and entertainment. Parking wasn’t an issue for me as I U weed everywhere. Would stay again

Great location in Redwood City. The staff that is in charge of cleaning is very nice and friendly. The only thing that was kind of inconvenient is that the numbers in the key pad to get into the building get stuck, we had to request another one which was easy to do.
