I came here out of straight up necessity I'm from Redwood City but I am very pleased with this little room very quaint so far so good. Yes I WAS happy until I was kicked out for mistaken identity of a woman who defaced the SHARED bathroom. No apology after I was found not guilty.I'd never be humiliated like that again. Bad news

Aside from sharing a bathroom. This places is clean and reasonable. The rooms are decorated real nice. Great staff. Laundry to wash $1.50 and dry 50 cents. Very pleasant stay. Located on Main Street in Redwood City downtown!

The hotel was well-kept. Staff was friendly and informative. The room I stayed in was neat and clean. There were signs of age on the walls, but nothing that impacted the quality of the stay. The bed was quite comfortable and I was able to have a deep sleep.

This is my favorite place to stay in Redwood City. The staff are always friendly and it feels like a nice family run business. It is usually quiet and I always sleep very well here. There are some rough edges here and there, but it feels charming instead of shabby. For Redwood City, you can't beat the location or price. 'Euro' is an apt description, it reminds me of any number of small European hotels.

Second time staying at the Euro and will be returning again. The booking was a breeze, you can pay cash (but they do ask that you pay a $150 deposit, that you get back upon check out.) The parking is a little bit of a hassle if arriving in the evening. The parking lot is a public lot behind the hotel which is free from 6p-10a mon-sat, free on Sunday. Very close to the theatres, grocery stores, and shops. And as far as cleanliness I believe they do the best they can with the restrooms. If you agree to get a room w a shared bathroom you should expect people, that may not be a clean as you, will use the restroom.

Booked an attached bath room. They gave me a shared bath room when I checked in (#110 - AVOID). Two stars off. See picture for how bright my window was at night - and that's with the "drape" I had to jerry-rig out of a spare blanket and a binder clip. Demerit. These geniuses chose light *filtering* blinds (not blackout or even room darkening) for their rooms when there are borderline klieg lights on the neighboring building pointed straight at their windows! Demerit. Fridge didn't stay closed without my suitcase being parked in front of it. Demerit. Microwave was borderline inoperable in its complexity, and I'm no luddite. Can I give negative stars?

Extremely small and uncomfortable rooms - can't walk around with two people in room until one sits on the bed, only one men's toilet for all economy rooms on each floor!

Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Towel bar and toilet paper roll were both missing. Scratches, marks, and paint missing under the window. I informed management the first day of my stay, and as of today, day 5, neither has been addressed. Room 112.

Rooms are cozy but comfortable. Room 112 there were large scratches and paint missing on one wall. Towel rack and toilet paper rack were missing from bathroom. Notified front desk on both issues. Starbucks in lobby is appreciated. Rates were very good.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Shared bathrooms are clean but very cramped. Close to downtown Redwood City with lots of restaurant options. Parking relies on public lots and finding a spot can be problematic in the early evening.

Sorry no pics - GREAT value, small but efficiently designed room, quiet, good price, fantastic location. Parking can be a challenge, there is a municipal lot nearby, but if it's filled, you'll need to find somewhere else to park. Definitely will be staying here again however. Awesome staff, very friendly!
