8/10 Very good
While the accommodation was perfectly adequate, the description is misleading: I set my search filter to "entire home" and the result for this property is entitled "Apartment in Redwood City". It certainly is not an apartment; it is a very small hotel room ... akin to what one might expect in Tokyo. Once book, it even becomes describes as "micro-pod". Admittedly, the listing photos does show it to be a single room, but the title is misleading.
The property is clean, check-in is easy (completely without any human interaction). Noise levels were slightly on the high side, but not problematically so.
If you are looking for something affordable in this area, I do recommend Kasa Niche.
